Karen (Knechtel) deRenne joined Jan Stockton, P.C. in July 2010. Karen is a CPA with more than 20 years in the accounting profession, primarily in the areas of auditing, accounting, taxation and financial reporting. Karen is experienced in public and privately held businesses in a variety of industry sectors in the Portland/Vancouver area, including almost ten years in auditing and taxation at two Big 4 public accounting firms.

Family/Leisure Activities: Karen was raised in Portland and is married and has two young stepdaughters. She enjoys reading, gardening, golfing, playing tennis, biking and entertaining family and friends at her home. Karen also loves animals and is a volunteer at the Oregon Humane Society.
